The following day we came in Sharon the secretary said we need to make an appointment she's no seeing us on the schedule. I came back the following day for 9am was not seen until 11.30am.

I picked up the lease and did the same routine this was in March I made the lease for May 1st which was later denied 2 open violations
1) Issue to elevator-failure to file category 1 2010 inspection/test
2) Failure to certify correction on immediately hazardous (class 1) ECB violation.
I brought the proof once again to the office an emailed bought rick and Rafael Garcia Director of Operations about my issue that I would like a refund since I have not lived nor moved in.
Rick replied to me and cc Rafael and France Chastise. Sharon had given me the wrong email.
