This doctor is knows more about eye problems than any I have encountered. I would go to her over an ophthalmologist anytime. She is hard working, professional and always on target. if I do my part, she always does hers. I have been there about 8 or 9 times and always have been treated courteously and professionally. I asked for an itemized receipt after paying and was told I had to come back the following day to pick it up…I had the appointment on Friday and on Tuesday Dr. Flanagan called me at work. She began yelling at me for not picking it up on Saturday, repeatedly told me I’d spelled my name wrong on the forms I completed, (I’ve had the same last name for the 32 years I’ve been alive), yelled about a post-it, (I’m still not sure what she was talking about with that), then hung up on me…she literally would not allow me to say a word. If I tried she yelled louder and quicker…It was completely crazy! I know I didn’t spell my last name wrong because she spelled it correctly on the Rx. I still don’t know why she’d call me…When I was there she seemed to have an office staff…maybe she drew my name out of a hat??? \r \r From my experience, Dr. Jodi Flanagan was very unprofessional, rude, and seems to be mentally unstable. I would not recommend her to anyone. With so many eye doctors out there, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere where the doctor remembers to take his/her crazy pills.\r Cons: The Doctor is AWFUL more
