I much appreciate the FOUR free Oil change and 27 point inspections courtesy of GMC and the most curteous service by Faladeboe. I appreciate that there was NO pressure on me to look at new cars or visits by a salesman while I sat in the waiting room. more

Shauna has been our service manager on most of our visits. On th most recent visit she was particularly helpful with a failed battery that caused us to bring the car in right before going out of town. She expedited our service and everything was done quickly and correctly. more

I wish I could get this kind of service at my chevy dealer. I have a new camaro ss and just got blow off at the chevy dealer, i had a blown left door speaker. i got a copy of a bulletin on how to adjust the base and was told there was nothing wrong. The gmc dealer was right across the street, and they had a sign saying they serviced all GM makes, I drove over, Tony was polite and professional, I explained and showed him the problem, told him what chevy had said and asked him what he thought. He stated it soulded like a bad speaker, advised me all GM dealers can do cross line warranty and took care of it under warranty. I now service my camaro and girlfriends malibu at GMC, 3 visits in the last 3 months and everyone at GMC is great. I buy and drive chevy's but now solely service at GMC. I was contemplating another make for my next purchase, but not anymore. Thanks GM for letting your other dealers take care of your chevy customers, I can continue to buy chevy's, and thanks Tony and the entire friendly staff at Fladeboe gmc. more

Making an appointment was easy. I was pleasantly greeted on arrival. The service adviser was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. This was a regular service visit. I cannot comment on the quality of work, as I cannot see what is going on inside the engine. However, based of the readings on the gauges, all seem to be fine. Car was promised in a timely manner and it was delivered on time (in fact ahead of time.) The price was outside of my expectation, but service adviser explained that there was more work involved at that mileage. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. more
