I left my iPod there, my fault. I called back 5 min. later and I was told they found it. When I went in to pick it up they described it back to me, saying yes, they found it. All of the employee's were looking for it yet no one could find it. One of the employee's said another employee probably took it home to keep it safe. Are you kidding...is this standard policy? Shady! So they couldn't find it, I went back in a day later, still no iPod. So I left a message for the manager to call. Never did. I finally reached him and he said if it was not found it would be replaced. Then I called back and continued to have to play phone tag for 2 weeks until I finally went in. Shady, again. The manager explained they would not replace my iPod (even though he said he would), had nothing to say about me being told ""an employee took it home"", and said he hadn't called me back because he has ""priorities."" Aren't all customers supposed to be a priority? My third grade students are more responsible for their words and actions!!!
