Didn't even want to give them one star, but it was as low as it would go. It never fails to amaze me that in this all too automated world, that it is nearly impossible to talk to a real person. (Especially when their limited menu does not cover the issue you want to discuss.) Plus, with this bank it tells you if you have other issues to contact customer service, but then fails to give you that number. With service like that I don't see much use for them.
