I place an order with these folks 12/31/2010 and I do not hear from them. So I try to reach them for status of my order using their toll free 800 number: No answer. I have called at least 10 times over 5 days and have only got their voice mail. I have emailed them many times to check to see if they are even still in business but I do not get a response from them either. I don't think they are even in business. I would be VERY wary of ordering anything from these folks...their service is HORRIBLE...as it's non-existent. I have had better service from India. more

Horrible Customer Service 12/16/2010

Don't bother calling the 800 number or e-mailling, they don't answer or reply. It takes about 2 weeks for them to ship your product and during that 2 week period (after your credit card has been charged) you have no idea what the status of your order is. I will never purchase from this site again- consider them in last place. more
