Need proof? I first came to Albuquerque , and closed on my house 3 days before Christmas. Turns out that the builder had given me the wrong key to the front door. It wasn?t the builder nor was it the buyer?s real estate agent who came to my rescue. It was Yvonne, who had no real fiduciary interest in the sale, who went out of her way to go to the builders office in Rio Rancho, and then deliver my key to me at my place of business.
