I bought a multi-family home last May and found Gail Bean of First Horizon through my real estate agent, Eva Brandenburg. Gail was very easy to work with--very responsive and client-centered, more so than any other lender I've met. She helped me get some extraneous stuff (like my sister's SS#) off my credit report, and when we met to go over the financing possibilities she met me at a First Horizon office near me (not the one in Lynnwood). She had many good options laid out for me to choose from, explained them all clearly, answered all my questions fully, and didn't waste any of my time. Her mortgage assistant was also very professional, returned calls and e-mails immediately and was prompt with paperwork. Gail told me to call HER, not FH's 800 number, if I ever had any problems.
