This company has no fair policies for its customers. I hear all other people complaining because I was put into embarrassing situations by this company as well. Not only was I placed on numerous security holds and unable to use my card (once I might add was with over $150 grocery bill) but my card limit had been decreased without notification. The decreases happend three times in a period of a year! They claim that the last decrease was due to late payments? We were late once and I might add 15 days late and we paid the enormous late fee. Not only did they decrease our limit but were also sure to access late fee's to our card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Cons: Bad Bad Business Policies more

This company has very poor all round service. It is difficult to even navigate the automated response phone line and I eventually had to just hold as if I had a rotary phone and talk to someone just to check a balance. This is the least of their problems. I was not receiving any type of statement but they assured me that I was. It takes days for them to post payments to the online balance. A service representative told me that she could do nothing about the online services... I would have to send an email to customer care that would take care of the concerns that I had in that matter. And.... just logging in to their online service is difficult if not insecure. They require your full card number as your online ID. Not to mention as others have commented that their interest rates are elevated seemingly at their will. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company! I've just cancelled my account and I hope the get the balance they owe me back. After reading here and other places where this company is reviewed I am somewhat pessimistic that will happen. amazingly will put security hold on account and never notify customer and when you try to use the card will refuse card. You can call the customer # to check on balances et al and it will show available credit and not tell you you can't use and also receive statements showing available credit and that you can't use. I called a live person and was told a security hold was placed because i had not used in a while but would have to notify corporate and would take l to 2 days to remove. When I asked for corporate # was told no one at corporate would talk to me and at first wouldn't even tell me where the corporate headquarters were. also asked that they call the merchant and they refused, said merchant should know . more
