amazingly will put security hold on account and never notify customer and when you try to use the card will refuse card. You can call the customer # to check on balances et al and it will show available credit and not tell you you can't use and also receive statements showing available credit and that you can't use. I called a live person and was told a security hold was placed because i had not used in a while but would have to notify corporate and would take l to 2 days to remove. When I asked for corporate # was told no one at corporate would talk to me and at first wouldn't even tell me where the corporate headquarters were. also asked that they call the merchant and they refused, said merchant should know .
