Their communication and sorting skills can leave something to be desired. One staff member will give you instructions, another staff member will disagree and get mad at you for following the instructions. They don't even discuss the mix up amongst themselves. It is just YOUR fault. \r

They are pretty skilled at misplacing your paperwork. This is your problem too. They will keep you driving back and forth as they consistently lose your papers. \r

You can lose a lot of time and gas here. Suddenly 10 hours at the ER doesn't seem so bad. \r

You can get primary referrals and so get them and then get the heck out of dodge.
