First Choice Appliances

They promised me a one year warranty on a washer and dryer I purchased from them. The dryer stopped working three months later. I called them multiple times but they never answer their business phone, instead it goes straight to message each time. They also refused to return any of my voice messages and call me back. Do not recommend this company as they behave unprofessionally and refuse to honor their warranties or stand behind their products. more

When my Kenmore washer broke I called First Choice Appliances and spoke to the owner, Mark, to inquire whether he would have a washer dryer stackable set for me to buy. He did not, but when I found a set for sale on craigslist, I was amazed that Mark offered to go and pick them up (on a Sunday, no less), and exchange out my old set for the new set for a very affordable fee. Even though I live on the third floor of an apartment building, he and a member of his company removed my washer and dryer and hooked up the new washer and dryer and made sure everything was connected properly before leaving. I highly recommend this company for either buying a refurbished washer dryer set, or for getting the kind of help I needed in picking up a new set and having the old set taken away. more
