Dont let these guys push you around. I was forced to use First Capital by my real estate agent and since I did not have the time to shop around for more mortgage brokers I just fell into things with them. I was harassed into signing for a mortgage 1.5% higher than I had been promised and the fees were out of this world. At least $5000 more than I anticipated. No one took the time to educate me or was ever available when I did place a call. Please dont waste with your time with this company. Just a bad experience all around
