Liverpool has many "fixit" type garages. But if you want peace of mind that the job repair was done right, First Auto is the place. Top shelf customer service backed by highly skilled and knowledgeable mechanical technicians is what First Auto is all about. more

Routine check 5/23/2012

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and NYS inspection. As always the service is wonderful. They provided a car for me to drive to work for the whole day. more

Good experience as always. 4/7/2012

My a/c needed recharging. They got me right in, did the work with me in the car (I'm not mobile) brought me coffee - I love First Automotive. They did the cheaper solution first, then I have to go back next week to check for leaks more

Auto repair 3/25/2012

Would have to say the best quality auto repair, I have ever had in 37 years. The company treats you with repsect and makes you feel like you are more than just a job. Many dalerships should take note of the quality service and friendly atmosphere. The staff remembers who you are and what you told them previously. Highly reccomend. more

first NY state inspection 3/14/2012

We took our car here for our first NY state inspection and were very pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was done! And they were able to fit us into their busy day, which made things very convenient for us. more
