Worst experience ever 11/1/2005

I was so mad when I took my car in to have an oil change. I feel like they tried to get me to buy a bunch of stuff because I was a woman. They told me I needed to get brakes ASAP. I declined because my husband is a mechanic and fixes all my big repairs. When I got home he checked the brakes and they still had 70% left to them. The manger wouldn't call us back and he said they felt like they needed to be done. I will never go back there again. more
