My air conditioning wasn't working quite well this past summer, so I stopped at my local Firestone dealer on Perrin Beitel to take a look....\r

After 3 hours of waiting, they called me to the bay to look at my 92 F-150....the compressor is shot, it won't hold freon, it all must be replaced. ""We can do it for $795.00"" says the salesman....well. I thought, it's near the end of summer, that's alot of money for an older truck...so I deferred for another day.....thanks goodness. \r

2 weeks later I had a radiator issue - leaking. I went to Auto Zone to ensure I was purchasing the right radiator, as I can do many repairs myself...while under the hood I asked the representative...""Hey, what's this white hose line go too, it's all dry rotten and frayed...?"" He said it looked like a vacuum hose, just follow where it leads and replace it!. So I did. $0.97 later and about 15 minutes upside down under my dash, I replace the hose....and SHAZAM!....My Air Conditioning Was Perfect!......\r

Now ask yourself, would you trust Firestone? Not Me. \r
