Fireside Pies

We have visited this location several times since they have opened. The first visit was good, but they were apparently working through some things, as food and service was not what we have come to expect from Fireside (comparing to the Henderson/Knox location) I think they had only been open a couple of weeks. Take out was not even available!!! We have continued to visit this location, because there is only a minimal wait, and the facility is just newer and nicer. Every time we have been, it improves, the food, the service, everything. Our last visit, I have only one thing to say, PERFECT. There is a special pie not on the menu, ask your waitress, it has mushrooms, chicken, spinach, it is the best pizza we have ever eaten. Pros: Great Food, minimal wait. more

The food here is great. The only thing on the menu is pizza and salads and desserts.\r The wait hasnt been too bad like the location on henderson, but I have 2 issues.\r 1- They have a huge parking lot next to the building which is for VALET only? So to eat here you MUST valet, because not only is the lot for valet all the lots around it are for Valet only as well....and well this just annoys me.\r 2-I tried to order ""to go"" over the phone and the lady said they dont do over the phone to go orders anymore (they have only been open for 3 weeks) after 6 pm. I asked what time do they open and they open at 5 pm???!!! I dont get one hour you can order ""to go"" over the phone.....just annoying. \r \r So if you want ""to go"" ...go to campisis right across the street. GREAT pizza too and less wait.
