Firehouse Casual Living Store

I can't speak for the location on Harris Blvd., but we went to the south Charlotte location and were very disappointed. They had some nice furniture, but we had to look for someone to help us and once we did they were not very eager to help. We left pretty quickly after we decided that if they don't even want to help us to make a sale, how are they going to be after we give them our money. more

My husband and I have been married for 31 years. We have purchased outdoor furniture twice. Both times, from this store. We are so happy with the furniture we purchased. After visiting the fabulous showroom this past summer, we decided to purchase the Castelle furniture group. It is the most beautiful outdoor furniture we have ever seen! You can't beat the quality of the furniture offered at theFirehouse Casual Living Store. Our sales associate, Dyan, was so very helpful and pleasant to work with. We still own the previously purchased set from ten years ago and plan to use it at another location. When you factor in quality, service, selection and price, this outdoor furniture store should really be proud of the products they offer!!!! With so many selections, you can definately find affordable furniture that will last for years to come! more

We found exactly what we were looking for to complete our outdoor patio and pool area. However, the delivery date came and went and we didn't hear from anyone regarding the delivery. I called the store and was told by our salesperson that the furniture was in but the cushions were not. We were told they were expecting the cushions "any minute now". 2 weeks later, our furniture was delivered, but still didn't have our cushions. It has now been 11 weeks and still no word of when we will get them. We ordered them way in advance of the summer so that we could have them to enjoy. We are very disappointed in the communication of the store and had we known that is was going to take this long to receive the items, we would have probably reconsidered and purchased them from Frontgate or another company that could ensure delivery. Will not purchase from this store again. more

My husband and I went this past weekend for patio furniture. They do have some beautiful pieces and lots of selection but the prices are astronomical. I would say this is a great place to get ideas and then get a better price elsewhere.Something impressive was that lots of their pieces are made in the USA. more
