She misleads you on the strenght of your case. Tells you you have an ironclad case. The case starts falling apart. By now she has your retainer. In the retainer agreement she clearly states""if the case is dismissed"" she keeps the retainer. She charges for appeals for the case that she lost, telling you that your case was good, but the judge made errors and it can be won on appeal. Appeal for a fee of course. More $$$$$$$$for her.
Cons: misleads
