The negotiation process was good. Jay is the reason I came back. He explained things I didn't know about the lease process. This was much smoother than my experience at Desert VW.

So far we have had a great and friendly experience at Findlay North Volkswagen. Conrad has been very patient and accommodating while we deliberate on purchasing a Volkswagen. The only thing missing was a catered lunch. more
