This business is filthy dirty, and the work they do is no excuse. I have been to plenty of auto repair or maintenance establishements that were very clean.
When they weren't ignoring me and the other customers, they were rude to anyone asking questions or wanting help.
I took in a NEW mower that had a warranty (it wouldn't start and the starter cord handle broke off). They said there were 'a couple' jobs ahead of me but they would get it done as soon as they could. I gave them specific instructions, which I had them put in writing on my service order, to NOT do anything not covered by the warranty WITHOUT getting my consent for first.
Over two months went by with me calling them every week only to be told they had not even started it yet.
Come to find out, they kept bumping me to the end of the line because it was a warranty repair which they could not make money off of, and then after much nagging on my part, they finally fixed it. I went to pick it up (they will not pick up or
