When I hired them they were FSTN and in the last correspondence I received their letter head had changed to Safe Tax Help. I understand, as FSTN they had received 40+ with the bus...

When I hired them they were FSTN and in the last correspondence I received their letter head had changed to Safe Tax Help. I understand, as FSTN they had received 40+ with the business bureau complaints... They are after your penalties and interest and will use your disdain toward the service against you. My story is they did recover over $1200 but billed me for $1400. I lost $161 in the process which lasted over 2 years. It is a legalized ponzi and I was the mark. Don't you be the next victim... Pros: They do obtain penalties & interest Cons: They dkeep 110% of what they recover more

They took my savings and wont return phone calls or emails. I am in shock that I lost every thing to them Pros: they make a good sales pitch Cons: they steal your money and give you no service more

DO NOT HIRE FSTN - FEDERAL & STATE TAX NEGOTIATORS - BEWARE ALL CONSUMERS! 7/8/2008

I retained the services of FSTN in 4/2008 to assist w/ tax issues. I initially spoke w/ Jerry Adams, who assured me their goal was '100% customer satisfaction.' I have no idea what the other ""reviewer"" here is talking about, because my experience with this company has been wonderful. It looks to be a fake posted by someone at some other company. In any event, this company is honest, professional, and offers a multitude of worthwhile programs for people and businesses who need help with their taxes. They filed back returns for me, they negotiated a liveable repayment program and stopped the garnishment of my wages and my bank accounts. They were also able to reduce the penalty charges on my bill. I am now done with the IRS, once and for all. Pros: Experts more

NEVER GO THERE! 12/26/2007

They are rude, hostile, will hang up on you and will cruse at you any chance they get. They will take your money for something you can do on your own. DO NOT seek their help!! Cons: Hostle, rude, un-needed more
