Beware of this firm. \r
\r
They are a front to various telemarketing scams tied to 'sweepstakes' awards (claiming prizes of big screen TV's, Trucks and home security systems). They ignore FCC's Do Not Call list as well as repeated (7+) requests to remove your phone number from their internal do not call list. File complaint with the FCC if they call & you have your phone on the Do Not Call list. But be prepared for them to keep calling (and to file more complaints). The ONLY way to shut these folks down is through the FCC. In my case, we bought our home in July and immediately listed the new phone number on the do not call list. In early October Federal Financial Group started calling me, telling me our phone number had been selected to receive a GE home security system, with them providing monthly maintenance. I told them then, and on every subsequent call, to stop calling us. They ignored my 7 requests. After the fourth call, I spoke to a manager at the firm (Larry Sheffield), who acknowledged that they were responsible for the telemarketing program. He feigned surprise and told me that they telemarketing firm they had hired was not following internal procedures and 'heads would roll'. The telemarketers called again three business days later. This firms disregard for Federal Law as well as customer requests & complaints is clearly a probably indicator of their business practices. Do not work for them, nor pay them anything for any product or service.
