FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services is terrible! Neg 5 stars! 8/20/2009

The service at this kinko's over the last few years has demished significantly, the rep didn't tell me not to print the receipt after he knew of the problems with the printers. Then I called the Manager Darin and told him of the problem, he told me "Send us a fax and a assistant manager will quickly take care of this" 3 days later no luck. Email Fedex customer care a day later no response, called no one called back. I finally went back and got my money back in cash, only bacause the place I am doing business with currently uses them. The next time I will ask them if I can choose the carrier and pay for it then they credit me on the back side. more

Great service 9/4/2005

While in Vegas on business I needed to use a computer for business correspondence, I found this Kinko's to be very helpful to my needs. This location was well organized and the staff friendly and helpful. When finished of course I used the FedEx services right on premises. Busy place. PROS: Ample parking, great staff CONS: None more

EMPLOYEE'S MUCH TOO BUSY TO HELP 7/31/2005

I HAVE USED THIS KINKO'S LOCATION APPROX. 9 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 YEARS AND I HAVE YET TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE HELP ME WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT. EITHER THEY DON'T HIRE ENOUGH STAFF TO HANDLE THE HEAVY FOOT TRAFFIC OR THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO HELP THE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. PLUS THE LINES AT THE MAIN COUNTER ARE ALWAYS SO LONG & SEEM TO TAKE FOREVER TO MOVE. THEY WON'T GIVE YOU BACK CHANGE IF YOU PUT A $20 BILL INTO A COPIER MACHINE BUT DON'T USE THE WHOLE $20..INSTEAD THEY GIVE YOU A KINKO'S "CREDIT" CARD FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE BUT THE "CREDIT" CARD CAN'T BE USED TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS SUCH AS PENS,CARDS..ETC...IT CAN'T EVEN BE USED TO PAY FOR A FAX..ONLY FOR THE COPIER MACHINE SHOULD YOU NEED IT AT ANOTHER TIME. I HAVE HAD VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE;S ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ON HOW TO USE SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT..MAKING ME FEEL REALLY STUPID. HOWEVER, I HAVE ALSO HAD SOME REALLY NICE EMPLOYEE'S HELP ME .
