Had some issues with an original call on Sunday not being returned until a second call on Monday. I hesitate to recommend because the set prices are a little high, even though the quality of the services are dependable and professional. In this economy $209 for a shower head, a little caulking, and a splash guard seems a little steep. My husband and I will continue to call Frank Fazzino for all of our plumbing needs. more

My parents are 95 years old and still live in the house we grew up in. I just retired recently, so Monday through Thursday I go up to help them. The house is 47 years old, and we have had problems with the upstairs bathrooms, leaks in the floor, issues with the kitchen, and we just had our whole cellar re-piped. The piping was getting ready to go because the house is so old. Anytime I call Frank Fazzino Plumbing & Heating they come out almost immediately to take care of things. Because I am often out of town, they will leave me the bill. They have been so good. They are very good about how they handle what they are doing in the house with my elderly parents there. They have gone beyond what you would expect a company to do. I have been using them for the house about 3 years, but we have had a lot more work done in the last year. Things are starting to go because the house is old. Their workmanship is fantastic. They have saved me some disastrous results had I not known of some of these issues. They are very nice people to deal with. Their customer service is exceptional, and their workmanship is fantastic. You couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. I decided to replace My 35 year old williamson gas fired forced air furnace after the onset of some relay troubles occurred, I called Frank Fazzino Plumbing and Heating, He diagnosed and fixed the problem then researched for a relay and board assembly, Since the technology has changed, these parts were beleived to be obsolete,Frank fixed the problem on his 1st. visit, But we both knew it'll only be a matter of time before he was back, Just one look at this Furnace from any homeowner and they would say "IT'S TIME " Time to replace it. So he installed a 95 efficient furnace. Frank and his coworker Scott are easy to talk to. they both listened to me and made suggestions based on over 30 years of experience, they did the job the way it should be done and at a fair price too. and even cleaned up the mess.
