Fazoli's

Hungry for spaghetti tonight gave me the idea to go to Fazoli's drive-through. The menu selection had a variety of Italian en tree's with prices affordable for the entire family. I ordered spaghetti, and fettuccine with shrimp, which included garlic breadsticks. The cost was very reasonable for these two dishes and very quick service driving through the line. Arriving home ready to eat my long desired spaghetti to satisfy my craving only to find they had given me the wrong order. There were two orders of lasagna placed in my take out bag. I, immediately tried to reach Fazoli's to explain the mishap to find their phone connected to a fax machine. We drove back to Fazoli's which was about 15 minutes from our home carrying the package with the two lasagnas belonging to someone else. The manager listened attentively to our situation and immediately replaced the food items. She offered the two lasagna entress to us for free. The taste of the spaghetti and fettuccine alfredo were fairly good considering Fazoli's is a fast food dine-in or take out restaurant. Fazoli's would be a good place to get reasonable Italian food if shopping and in a hurry. I would suggest you check your order before leaving the restaurant. more

I try to stay away from Fazoli's simply because it's so fattening! The food is so good that I can't stop eating it, especially when I get a bottomless bowl of pasta. The sandwiches are very good, but a quick check of their nutritional stats on the Fazoli's website reinforces why one should not eat them with the amount of fat grams per serving totaling quite high. I love how they keep the breadsticks coming…not only are they plentiful, but they are very good. I highly recommend Fazoli's but not if you're on a diet! more
