I had high hopes for this business. I went in a couple weeks ago and talked to one of the guys about getting my car inspected. He gave me a price, which was a little higher than average, but I would pay it if the service was good. I asked if I was supposed to make an appointment or how it worked. He said to just bring the car in on any Tues, Wed. or Thurs. morning and they'd get it done for me. So I took it there this morning (Tuesday) an they had my car all day and didn't even look at it. The guy today told me that I should call and make an appointment next time.. Needless to say, there won't be a next time. Gave up my car for a whole day and I still need to go get it inspected! I was giving them a chance to earn my business and they blew it.
