****Service Call

The cost of the service call is $35 flat fee for coming out. If we come out and we can't fix the problem then there is no fee. If we can fix it then the $35 is waived and only hourly and parts are charged. If we can fix it and you choose to not have us fix it you are still responsible for the service call charge for the estimate and diagnosis.

****Hourly Rate

The hourly rate is a set $60 an hour. $60 for the repair up to the first hour and then prorated if beyond the first hour.
