I needed a new water heater that was up to code, after inquiry of Home Depot a representative contacted me from Fast Water Heater Portland & Vancouver, gave me a quote and technician Josh arrived the next day, He was very professional, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards. Excellent fast professional service 7/17/2017

My water heater quit working Sunday sometime. I contacted Home Depot and they sent me to Fast Water Heater Company and Scott showed up in a couple hours and installed a new water heater. Scott explained the building codes have changed and I needed a couple changes. I needed a section of new venting and an expansion tank. The installation was completed very quickly, then as the water was heating up, Scott showed me how to ignite the new unit, and explained the troubleshooting guide. The tie down straps were upgraded also, they are much more substantial than the original ones. I have no reservations about recommending Fast Water Heater and Scott Gates as an installer. Excellent quality work. Thanks again more

Feedback for Service 7/15/2017

Worked with Tim Batemen, great customer service. He was patient, had a great attitude, and answered all my questions. After installation he double checked everything was set and did a good job leaving everything as he found it. Tim was very organized and kept the work space clean as he installed the water heater. Fast Water Heater Company has a great technician working for them. more

Recently moved to town; bought a house with an old water heater. Wanted it replaced before winter. We called, the next day, we have a new water heater. They arrived on time, Josh was professional, knew his stuff, courteous, and went out of his way to ensure all our questions had been answered. We would recommend this company. more

Tim was available earlier than expected and called to come sooner. He explained what needed to be done, and did the job in a professional manner. Area was clean when he left. Only negative - he did not know anything about he Oregon Dept. of Energy tax credit program. I had to call the company to get the details. I knew it qualified because I had asked when I set up the appointment. I had to find the application on-line and fill it out myself-the company did not provide it. more

Great Service, and Fast! 3/17/2017

We woke up to water covering our garage floor, and a broken hot water heater... After calling around we selected Fast Water Heater Company, and they were able to schedule us for a new install the same day. Scott G. was on time, professional, informative, friendly, and did a great job! I definitely recommend this company (and Scott!) if you are looking to have a new water heater installed. more

The name says it all! 3/13/2017

My water heater was 16 years old and leaking - time for a new one! I called Home Depot and they made the process really easy and gave me several options of water heaters with different warranties. They use Fast Water Heater Company to do the installation, and Tim was my service pro. He was so fast! Home Depot said it could take 3-4 hours, but Tim had it done in an hour & 1/2. He even took the time to show me how to turn the main water supply to the house off in case of an emergency because I told him I'd always wondered how to do so. He did a great job and everything works perfectly. Very happy! more
