Great customer service 1/1/2017

Our water heater went out and we were leaving town the next day, after calling several plumbing company's - none of them could not do same day service. Fast was great they got us in that day. The tech Trevor was prompt and courteous and did a great job and left everything very clean. Rating 5 more

Daryl W's Performance 12/21/2016

Daryl is a very competent and personable mechanical technician. He was at my home within about an hour after I was able to supply sufficient information to replace my broken, 40 gallon water heater. He brought two "possible" new units, and was able to clearly explain why only one could fit into my "confined" space and the price was competitive. I later found everything to be professionally installed and working as stated. more

Super fast, efficient and friendly service 12/17/2016

Our water heater broke and flooded our garage. Our landlord ordered a replacement and Fast Water Heater Company came out to do the work. Robert M. was very helpful, friendly and performed his service well. He clearly knew what he was doing. more

Replacement part for water heater 12/15/2016

I was very pleased with Fast Water Heater in replacing the thermocouple on my water heater. FAST was fast, and the part was free under warranty. Rex O. drove here in the worst weather with flooding in many cities. He was polite and helpful. I recommend Fast Water Heater for repair and replacement. more

Definitely an A+ job by Rob J. He had brought over a heater that fitted the space of the old one. What I had ordered from Home Depot would not have fitted. Based on the model number I had given, he knew to bring a different one just in case. He finished the job efficiently within 2 hours after making several modifications in order to pass the permit inspection. more

Great service 12/13/2016

Was introduced to this company through Homedepot. We were putting in new floor and needed a pedi stool sink removed and reinstalled. Jupiter did a great job and we got to talking about water filters and he recommend one. He ended up putting in a water filter and on demand hot water heater for us. Very professional, friendly and made sure to explain all the products to us. Would highly recommend him. more
