Worst

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my car in for a $34.99 car wash today. Went to leave and there's a piece of plastic sitting my my front passenger seat. The broken piece holds my drive...

you have a great team, Danny the Carwash manager is alway attentive and strives to make sure we are satisfied. I also use your automotive services and Herman and his team are excellent. I have been so satisfied 5 or 6 of my friends or business associates use your oil change, etc. Thanks for the great service. more

This car wash is very good. They usually run some great specials - and also take competitors coupons. The guys work really hard and I always leave happy. more

I'm very pleased with the high level of customer service! My car was road-trip filthy, and one of the fellas there found a couple of rock-chips in my windshield (Honda Elements are notorious for picking up chips), and was able to fix them on the spot for a good price more

THE WORST SERVICE EVER 6/20/2010

I did the first carwash for my brand new car. I was very exciting to do that. I wanted to polish too if it's not expensive. so I did asked them the cost. They said that I could do if i pay $2 additional. I thought it didn't make sense so i made sure if it was for polish. I was very happy until car wash done. Then car came out. I found scratch all over the car. and the water mark, bugs dead and bird's poop is still there. and they didn't do polish. and I complained about that. They're so rude and gave me right information about polish which I had to pay $40 for it. They damaged my brand new car.They even went so far as to blame me for the damage. CAR IS STILL DIRTY AFTER CAR WASH, DAMAGING CAR, RUDE SERVICE, SCAM. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY ""THE WORST CARWASH"" EVER, FOREVER DON'T GO THERE Pros: NOTHING Cons: RUDE, SCAM, DAMAGING CAR more

Bait and switch, 5/2/2010

On 5/2/10 I and asked if they accepted and matched other car washes coupons for an oil change. I was told yes just bring the coupon in. I had a coupon from a competitor for an oil change and wash for $19.99. I was told by the employee in the oil change area you could not match the price. The best they can do is $26.99. I told the what was said to me on the phone. I then asked him if he could upgrade the wash for the free one with the oil change to make up the difference. He did not have the authority, which I understand. If you want go over to the office and ask for the manager. I walked over to the office to speak to the manager. Danny came out, I explained what happened. He said we can't match the price and I can't offer the upgrade, ""That is not my area, that's a decision of the oil change area I told him he just lost a very long term customer, his reply was in a very abrupt tone of voice. Unprofessional and Slow - DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 2/4/2010

Horrible! I went for a Smog Check and not only did the employees turn ON my radio (I turned it off when I exited my car) but they changed the radio station. They told me 20 minutes - cut to me over an hour later still waiting for them to finish. Cons: Employees fool with your car more

Sure, they may take a little more time, but it's only because they do it right. It's a car wash, people, not a Taco Bell; don't try to get such an errand taken care of if you can't spare more than five minutes! Thorough is the name of the game here at Fashion Square, and even their ""regular"" washes are impressively comprehensive, from the vacuum to the wash to the meticulous hand-dry. Located right off the freeway in sunny Sherman Oaks, this is the place to come for friendliness, cleanliness, and a job done right. A+ all the way! THEY DAMAGE CARS 11/20/2009

Do not go to this car wash unless you own a car which you don't care about. They will ruin your car!!! They damaged my brand new Audi A6 and would not admit to the damage. They even went so far as to blame me for the damage when I was no where near the car during the entire car wash process. The owner is RUDE and UNTRUSTWORTHY. Hope they go out of business and lose all the money that went into their renovation! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! Cons: horrible service more

I couldn't believe when I went to write a bad review that the SAME thing happened to someone else. Furthermore, I just talked to a friend about this and her IPOD was stolen from the same car wash! Why is no one doing anything about this? I called and spoke to the Manager and he told me, verbatim ""We are not responsible for anything inside of your car...lady...I dont know what to tell you!"" The Valley's worst Car Wash 8/24/2009

If your car is actually dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning don't waste your time or money at Fashion Square Car wash. I paid $15.99 for a Wheel Express wash and wheel care service only to find out that they try to use watered down windex as an all purpose cleaner for windows, interiors and your rims. The last time I checked the usage of windex it didnt cover brake dust removal. They also don't consider wiping down the front grill of your car near the head lights and front spoiler as part of their car wash service. When I brought my dissatissfaction to the attention of the joke of a manager Danny I was told that my car must need more than a car wash if I'm not satisfied and that the brake dust removal on my rims is not part of the service. Everyone has a choice to get great service for what they pay for. Please save your time and money and don't patronize this business. Cons: Poor service and quality- Unprofessional Management more

THE VERY WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 9/18/2008

They have stolen change from my car before, but today.......I did the express wash where you ride in the car as it is being washed. I watched the equipment pull up one of my wiper blades and bend the hell out of it, until it fell off. When it was over, one of the employees handed me my blade.........I asked for the manager. He barely let me explain when he told me that they were not responsible, I had my wipers on during the car wash. It was sunny and 89 degrees today in LA, I did not have my wipers on! I hate this place. I know the owners will not own up to this. After years of going here, I am through. I will never go back again and I will go out of my way to stop anyone else from being subjected to their mis-treatment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS 8/18/2008

They employ thieves. Don't leave your sunglasses or change in the car. The automatic wash with brushes will destroy your paint job. The oil change people are dishonest and will not change your filter. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR OR YOUR RESALE VALUE. Had a carwash on Saturday. Money ($15 worth of quarters), cellphone ear piece and sunglass were stolen... Complaint with the manager.. Manager never care. Said he'll call back again after a few minutes.. the day ended and never heard from him... Cons: car is not cleaned well, items were stolen, waiting are not clean and comfortable...... more
