Mr. Kern is extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of his job. He is ALWAYS willing to help but certainly not overwhelming and obnoxious, as most salesmen are. Mr. Kern returned all of my inquiries (phone calls, emails, office visits, ect) WITH answers (not excuses of why he doesn't know) to all of my questions in a timeframe far superior to any other insurance company/agent. He is a "straight shooter" so I never had to worry about any "strings attached" or fine print. His work ethic displays nothing shy of perfection as he works day-in and out to get the premium you're looking for. \r
