It was my first time getting my nails done in NYC. Brooklyn is the ghetto and this nail salon is the ghetto too. Prices in NYC are cheaper than Boston. It was very nasty and dirty. The floor and walls were extremely dirty. The floor had chicken bones, that was the worst. They have a big screen tv that was off. They use a laptop to watch tv, it's kind of small for a big clientele. They had trash cans at every pedicure stations. Gross. They had masssage chairs. They did not tell me how to use it and I had to ask them. The chairs were bad like they need to be changed. The restrooms were not clean. My pedicure was sloppy and terrible. She did an extremely bad job. The water was too hot and the pedicure station was very dirty. She used a machine to clean under my feet and the machine looked so bad it was scary. The only think that I enjoyed is that my pedicurist was the cutest pedicurist ever. She was nice even if she did a bad job. Truereview here to tell you the truth.
