Raising kids is tough business. It is even harder when you have all these questions and no answers and no one to turn to for answers. Me and a friend went to a park one day and they had this little thing going on where you can get information for the kids and the kids can just have a blast.
We found out about this place through that and all I can say is thank heavens!
They hold meetings every week where parents can come together sit down and just talk. You get some great insight and great ideas on how to do deal with the things you have no clue on.
Everyone is really friendly and they offer child care and the people who watch the kids are terrific with them.
It is awesome. We went about three times ( I don't drive so dealing with her schedule and mine and the kids-it's tough to get there) and I loved it each time. I am hoping to start going very soon. Even if you don't want to attend the meetings it is still a fantastic place to find information on parenting, childcare etc.....
