Family Services Agency of Sacramento apparently has an employee who answers 4 suicide/crisis hot lines:
Auburn, Lincoln, Roseville, and Sacramento. On Saturday August 9, 2008, a "Sam" was answering all these lines (my friend and I both checked after the initial viciousness). This man is emotionally abusive, dripping cold and uncaring on the phone. There is no possible way he could or has the will to talk a person out of crisis. When we confronted him asking who his boss was, he started answering the phone with abusive remarks instead of his name, answering with "Who Cares?". This man is dangerous to people's lives!!! Unless it is California's goal to reduce it's population in Northern California by SUICIDE, then they need to get this man off the 4 crisis lines. He will no doubt cause deaths. We wonder how many he has already caused. He also files false police reports, and the police refuse to take action against the agency when he does.
Pros: none, extremely dangerous
Cons: many lives either have been lost/and or will be.
