I must start by saying I enjoy Dr Devinney. She is very nice, and good at her job..
The office staff is UNREAL. For one, good luck trying to MAKE an appointment or speak with a human being. I have NEVER waited LESS than 30 minutes.. and after someone picks up and asks you your reason for calling, they stick you back on hold for another 5 minutes, pick up, and ask AGAIN why you are calling. I am so sick of running in circles with them.
Now lets move on to the ATTITUDE from the staff.. If you don't enjoy your job, PLEASE go and get another one instead of treating me horribly. I did nothing to ruin your day, please don't take your miserable life out on me. I have been to this office about 10 times.. 9 out of 10 times they are rude and unprofessional.
Insurance.. this is fun, plan on filling out paperwork EVERY time you go in. Whether they ""switched over"" or they lost your paperwork, you will fill the same papers out over and over again. Going to the DRs for a simple CHECK UP should not be a chore, and they make it one. I will no longer be going to this office thanks to the nasty office staff they have working there.
