Fallon Photos

We went with Fallon photo because they came highly recommended from Mahans, which I love. So far Fallon has been rude to us when after our initial meeting we liked one package but had to crunch the numbers to afford other things and when we went back to sign the contract and tell them of our changes Marty got very rude and standoff-ish. Then after doin our engagement photo's I went and ordered the ones I liked online. After not hearing from them or receiving a confirmation email of purchase, I ended up purchasing again which prompted them to call me. They said they had original order waiting to be sent. This was 2weeks before Xmas and I asked if I could come to store and get myself. They do great work and they make it seem like they are te only ones doing it this way now and they aren't. Went to many shows and got quotes for same or better quality and service for better price. I recommend looking around more before deciding on them. They are pushy in initial meet and yes Mahans does give recommendation and invite discount if u book Fallon. But there are other good qualified photographers out there that give you the right to your own photos instead of making you pay twice for them. Proofs are jut that, proofs always will Fallon across them. Don't make my mistake, shop around more! Still love Mahans! They are my saving grace. more

We wanted fun, candid shots along with our formal posed photos, and they combined it all together to give us the best photos we ever could have dreamed of - The dancing candids were hysterical! We love them all! Best of all, they took the time to make sure all of our family photos were great! None of the kids were cooperating, and Chris made them all smile and have a good time! Will be back to them when we have our first born! Definitely go with Fallon Photos! Worth Every Penny! Pros: Combination of photojournalistic exactly what we wanted! more

Very professional and easy to work with - Loved all of our photos ! They captured everything we needed and didn't forget a thing! We had our proofs within 3 weeks! We couldn't have had a better day and the memories Marty & Chris captured for us will be cherished forever. We really felt so comfortable, and are so glad we chose them to take our wedding photos. Fallon Photos took about a 9 months to get my album and video. And I had to wait about 7 months to get my proofs. While I love my album and video, I can't say I loved the experience I had with Marty and Chris. First, they are so expensive and since I was paying so much I thought the turn around time would have been better and I also expected to get phone calls back when following up....they make many promises they can't keep as far as deadlines. I also noticed that not all my proofs were given to me...this is very frustrating because when I look at my video I see them taking a great picture, yet it's not in my proof album...very strange. I feel like they rush to do everything and are way over their heads. Not to mentioned that when my relatives and I decide to order from them it takes about a month to get one photo in...not to mention one reprint will cost you $15. Now, this is after I paid $7,500 for everything else...I would HIGHLY suggest you use a photographer that will give you the rights to your photos and who are priced a bit more reasonable. I was thinking of giving our relatives a nice album or collage of our wedding as a great christmas gift ....However, it would have cost me hundreds to do so and my pictures weren't even available yet. I still regret using Fallon's due to the amount of money I spent, time I waited and headaches they caused. However, the quality is great...It's just not worth all the stress. I've seen many other photograhers do just as good work (some even better). more

This place is the worst! I used them because they came recommended by our wedding reception location (Mahan's - which did an amazing job). These photographers (Marty & Chris) are extremely unresponsive and move at the rate of snails. Just to order 1 4x5 picture from their website it takes over a month to come in! Not to mention I did not see my PROOFS (not even online) for my wedding day until nearly 4 months after my wedding date. While the pictures did come out nice, I think it was much too long to wait when their prices are much more expensive than other photographers/studios that do just as good as a job, if not better. I'm sure you have heard the saying ""you get what you pay for"" well, this is not the case when it comes to this place! Please don't make the same mistake that I did - this is the most important day of your life and you deserve to have a photographer that will give you the time and attention you deserve (and pay for)! As of 6 months after my wedding day, they told me that they have not even STARTED the work of my flush mount album and video. I spent nearly $7,000 for my pictures and video and think I deserve much better service than this! There are MANY photographers out there that will give you the rights to your own pictures and I highly suggest that all future brides/grooms look into this before going with Fallon Photos. They charge 15$ for ONE 5x7 picture...there is nothing worse than not being able to afford your own pictures after you paid for them! This place is ridiculous and if you are having your reception at Mahan's Lakeview and they recommend this place, please go with another photographer, this place is not worth the time, money, and tears that I spent on it. Pros: Nothing... Cons: Price WAY too HIGH, Turn around time is horrible, Poor service, Quality is OK - could be MUCH better for the prices they charge. more

The service was great, pictures were amazing...NOT to mention it was so easy to get comfortable and be ourselves when the pictures were being taken! Pros: Knowledgeable, comfortable, funny more

Make sure you do not pay them up front. Once we paid our final installment the service went right down the tubes. They are really helpful until they get that final payment install then all of a sudden they could care less. Completely unsatisfied. Not to mention after paying an arm and a leg they try and charge you for extra pictures, like if you wanted to make a picture for your family member or something.... Cons: 0 flexibility once they get paid more
