I live in St. George, UT, which is about 2 hours north of Las Vegas on I-15. I own a 2006 Acura TL with approx. 26,000 miles. About two months ago, a sound became obvious in the engine bay. Since the car continued to perform well, I wasn't too motivated to have it looked at then. Over time, the sound became more insistent and I knew it would have to be dealt with. I considered going to the local Honda dealer to see if they could service it, but never pursued that idea. I stopped at the Acura dealer in SLC when I was in that city on business -- about 5 hours drive north of my city. Their service people listened to the problem and suggested I make an appointment to return, because they didn't have time to service it that day. A couple of weeks passed and the sound grew louder. So, I made an appointment with Acura of Las Vegas and made a day trip to have the car serviced. Upon arrival at about 8:30 am (LV time), I was given a courtesy loaner car (a 2008 TL, by the way) for the day to use while my car was being worked on. Not long after leaving my vehicle, I received a call on my cell phone from the service representative telling me they had found the problem but did not have the parts in stock. The noise was from the belt tensioning pulley(s) for the engine accessories -- power steering, water pump, A/C, etc. I returned to the dealership resigned to have to return another time to complete the repair. While waiting for my car to be put back together, Mr. Hasemann talked to his supervisor and obtained permission to let me keep the loaner car rather than drive mine to return to St. George, UT (over two state lines) and then come back two days later when the work on my car was completed. Unknown to me, in talking to the mechanic, Mr. Hasemann was told that if the defective parts on my car failed while driving at Interstate speeds, the resulting damage would be severe. I bought my Acura TSX at this dealership after minimal haggling. I don't know if it's the higher-end brand or just this dealership, but I felt much less pressure here than when buying a car in the past. I also do my service here, and they're fantastic, albeit slow. more

We came here after coming from Carmax. I also came here with a friend to buy a TSX. After talking to Sean for a minute the price dropped, so no time was wasted haggling. Sean respected us and we both agreed to a price that was fair for both parties. Everyone else there was very nice, expect for this one salesmen who wears square frame glasses. He was the only reason they didn't get a 5 star. more

Bought my 2008 TSX here, and loved the experience compared to other vehicles I've purchased. I'm actually here now getting an oil change, which is a steal compared to other shops around town: 3 oil changes for $50! Would much rather wait for my car to be serviced here... fridge full of free sodas and water, and usually they have snacks like bagels and donuts. Very happy that they finally figured out that giving away wifi to their customers was a no-brainer more

Bought my current Acura from here. And while they did sweat me with their typical "let me check with my manager" bs and little square game they enjoy torturing you over the course of 1 or 2 hours, when working with them my experience with the salesmen here were very professional and their high pressure sales tactics paled in comparison to the handful of other dealers I visited when shopping around. I feel like many times consumers tend to overlook the customer service end and focus on the vehicle's stats and/or amenities however you aren't just investing in the car you are also investing in the company. more

was leaning toward another make but these guys won me over. went to about 10 dealerships in all...all others should take lessons from this dealership in terms of customer service and professionalism. product knowlege of salesperson was top notch and blew away that of henderson acura dealership (thank you to kellie lynch and chris biehl). more

We have been a loyal customer Falconis Acura of Las Vegas for since 2001 which has changed its name to Acura of Las Vegas and new owners. . We have never had problem with this dealership even during the owner changes. Service has always been great and they even wash your vehicle after the service. more

I get treated like a king when I take my car in and I always receive a loaner car. This is the best way to borrow a new different Acura car and see what other models offer. The service department is the best. Go see Louie or Dave if you want a great deal on a car. I saved over $6k on my TL. I think they may have lost money on that deal. more

I have to say I actually had fun buying this car. That had to be a first. I got my car at a fair price (and for a couple of hundred less than the Edmunds Fair Market Price) and had to feel good about that. I would absolutely go back to this dealership. more
