Falcon Optical has one of the most knowledgeable, careful optometrists I've ever met. He offers good advice on all aspects of your glasses and frames, quotes accurate prices every stop of the way, and sends you out the door with a pair of glasses that will last at least as long as your prescription. If you need a new prescription, he will discuss all the options, and help you select the most economical. I can't think of a reason to buy glasses from anyone else. more

worst place to get your glasses 5/31/2008

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, unless you are looking for cheap only lasting a few weeks glasses. The men that work there are degrading, and seem like they should be selling vacuums. They use vulgar language in front of the customers, this is not a professional business. The people at walmart will treat you better. more

Where the focus IS on YOU! 3/29/2008

I work in the optical business, and have seen first hand how other Optical offices are, and how they run business...Falcon Optical is the BEST. People come from all over this State just to receive their great service and low cost. Very well recommended to anyone! Pros: Very friendly, honest, and quick!! Cons: Maybe more parking because so many go there (cause it's great!!) more

Nice and friendly office. Rich , Roger and Cindy are very friendly and often do repairs for little or no cost! Rich is often there after hours working on someone's order. Great place for your optical needs! more

Helpful and Caring 9/5/2007

My whole family uses Falcon and find them to be friendly and helpful. Even though my grandson has broken his glasses several times they have repaired and replaced them often for no cost or minimal costs. Quick service too! Pros: Quick Service Cons: Small office more

Lots of Hidden Fees 7/24/2007

AVOID this establishment. Owner is intentionally misleading about prices. Did not tell me until after my exam was finished that there were other costs. Owner resorted to name calling and insults when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Totally unprofessional attitude. Cons: Hidden Fees more
