This company does an excellent job of making sure customers know what the problem is and what options they may have.
My only concern was that the rim that was cracked and needed to be replaced (at a cost of nearly $600) was discovered after the replacement of two of my tires. I hadn't hit anything and had been extremely careful with the car after the tires were replaced. It was my concern that the rim might have been damaged when the tires were replaced. I would appreciate it if individuals were trained properly to ensure no damage occurs when tires are replaced.
A note to add would be to share that my overall experience with this company has been positive and I have and will continue to recommend them to other individuals.
