Fair Exchange Auto Sales

this is the worst dealership i have ever been to, they offer a short warranty because their cars are sold in bad conditions to the costumers, even when they say everything is ok with the car. when I bought my car it spent the following 2 week in their shop, when the car was already ""fixed"" I had a business travel out of state and my car broke down. i have the paper work they gave to me, where it possibly shows the car was good to go, but it obviously wasn't. now I'm stock with a $2,000 towing service to get the car back to Az. if they had done their job the first time fixing my car, i wouldn't have had gone to all that trouble. buying a car with this dealership was the worst mistake. please learn form my experience and don't fall for their lies. they never help you even if it was their fault. more

When my husband and I lost our car two years ago, no one seemed to want to help us. We went to so many dealerships and everyone was rude and unhelpful. When we finally went to Fair Exchange, they were patient and so helpful! They stayed open late to accommodate us and they were flexible with down payment, vehicle price, and so much more. We ended up getting a beautiful 2003 Honda Accord that we still have to this day. Great car, great people. Short-term loans so that I didn't end up paying more than if I went anywhere else. I will be getting my next vehicle from them because they deserve my business. I used to work in car sales and can tell you that just about all of them have BBB complaints because you can't guarantee that a customer will take care of their vehicle (yes, you have to MAINTAIN your vehicle for it to keep running, what a concept) and you can never make everyone happy. I don't understand the one-star review I read, it doesn't even sound like that person is a customer of Fair Exchange. If you need a car and dont have perfect credit, check this place out. They are on 16th street & Bell now. more
