They don't listen to PLEASE PUT MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD!! I have an illness and went into the establishment to put account on 3 month hold. Was charged anyways for the next three months went in every month to complain I was being charged over and over. I put account on 6 month hold, they agreed they were not going to refund me said it would be too much hassle for them, so they said they would put an indefinite hold and when I was ready to come back I would have first 3 months free before billing. Well 2 months later they continue to charge me monthly. I have called and cancelled my membership and after them charging me 6 months ( I have not gone in once to exercise) and only refunding $50. I have contacted credit card company to stop all payments. If U want to join, I suggest to join the Cary location, then U can exercise at any location. . Not good customer service. ;(
