4 out of 5 Called them on a Thursday and they arrived the next day Friday, the service rep was professional and easy to work with. We reviewed the costs, the time, and the follow-up procedures and then decided to go forward and we were pleased with the result. In the interest of full disclosure, we are being offered a small rebate for posting this review (be it favorable or not). However, having said that, the service we received was really good. They were on time, friendly, and did a good job explaining the adjustments they needed to do to get the water heater up to code. Happy with their service. more

Installation of gas tankless water 12/3/2012

I had a Electric water heater installed by Fast several years ago, so I called them again for a new gas tankless water and requested Jeff the same gentlement that installed before, not knowing that he had moved to Bonny Lake, he came gave me an extimate, took him two days and he was very informative on everything he was doing and got his job done quickly, even though it was a big task. I would recommend this company more

Service technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Repair was completed as proposed. The company’s policy of applying a fixed fee for work results in a very high cost given the actual time and materials required to complete the job. more

Had great service from these guys. Mitch was my service repair person and arrived on time, installed the new equipment and hauled away our old equipment within an hour. They were totally worth it and I would refer them to my family and friends. more

Water Heater Replacement 10/26/2012

We want to Thank Jacob in Van #611091 for being efficient and knowledgeable. He completely replaced our water heater and ensured it ready for Edmond's City inspection. This was after we purchased a brand new water from Home Depot and then had to exchange it for a new one. Jacob was professional and hard working and did the job in 2 hours. Thank You Jacob more

We were very impressed with the service we received from Fast Water Heater Company. We were given a time frame for the service and the technician was actually able to come out earlier which worked out well for us because we were attending our Grandson's birthday party later in the day. Jeff Z. was our technician. He was efficient and knowledgable and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. more

Need Hot Water- Get it Fast- Get it Right! 9/29/2012

I had been without hot water for one week. After attempting to fix the problem myself, I decided to get a new water heater with "Fast Water Heaters". They were very professional and very quick. I ordered a new water heater on a Friday night. I had a professional friendly service technician who took about 20 minutes to explain what was needed and all clearly explained all costs. He was completely done in 60 mins after starting and I had Hot Water as he drove away. more

I needed a new water heater. I was referred to Fast Water Heater Company by a Home Depot rep. They came out the next day as scheduled and gave me an upfront price to bring the install up to code and did a good job of keeping the mess to a minimum. The installer was polite and efficient. more

Excellent service and professionalism. I did not have a broken water heater, but it was 22 years old and could go at anytime. The company did everything they said they would and in the time frame they would. The installer, Mitch, was very good at his task. Things were done very well, and very neatly. I am a happy camper. Home Depot Water Heater Replacement 6/30/2012

I called Home Depot and they referred me to Fast Water Heater Company. They had Saturday installation, and showed up promptly as they had promised. The technician was professional and courteous, and showed me list of items(that a building inspector might require) I asked him to replace the water heater just like the old one as I didn't want to pay for anything extra. He replaced it very quickly. It's passed the building inspector's requirements. more
