Driver (African American with glasses - he refused to tell his name) insulted the customer when asked if the ticket needed PAID stamped on it , by asking the customer to go back and sit down. When asked for his name, the driver asked the passenger to get out of the bus. When passenger refused to get down and went back to her seat, driver followed and asked the passenger many times to get out of the bus even thought the ticket was paid for. The online email to lodge the complaint was never answered. The 'manager' never returned many calls to lodge complaint. The person who finally answered said 'Driver had all the right to ask the passenger to get out!!!!' even though passenger never insulted the driver! The whole Eyre company culture is anti-customer!!?
