My husband and I went on a Friday, we were called went glasses were ready to be picked up on Saturday. We went to pick them up, waiting time was awfull, they had not tinted the sunglasses, so we had to wait additional time for that. When fitting the sunglasses, the assistant broke the glasses, had to refit new glasses. I went on a Monday to get my glasses done. Had already picked out frames on Friday. I was told they would be ready 5:30pm ( I was there around 2:00 pm (so the one hour thing is not honored) came back in time to check on my glasses (5:51pm). They were not ready was told it would take more time 5-20 minutes, after that time check again, was told still working on on them. It would be additional 20 minutes. Still waiting. At 6:30 still waiting, was told they were still working on them. Gave the one pair. Still working on sunglasses. 6:45 still waiting and was told they were still working on them. At 7:09pm after closing they came and told me that they had sold me lenses that could not be tinted as dark as promised. But I could keep these lenses for free and they would make me a pair with upgraded lenses and mail them to me. I was tired, no patience and angry for the run a round. I accepted the offer. The next I found out that the left lense was blurry and scratched at the top. No use to me. So the offer was a waste. Call the store and told the manager but was told there was nothing else for him to do. So what should have been compensation, is not. Can't use them for spares. So if you want quality service, don't go there.
Cons: Not enough staff, don't keep the promise of 1 hour service.
