Although my glasses needed correction in only one lens, the technician proceeded with our discussion assuming I would want a new pair of glasses. I felt some pressure to buy a new pair as there was no information presented on buying only one lens and using my current frames. I did ask her the price of replacing only one lens, which she then provided. In this economy I think the customer should be given a more balanced presentation on what is needed or desirable (from the client's viewpoint).
