Eye Appointment 11/7/2011

I had my eye's checked at Maplewood Eye Care Center along with my son's. Both of us we seen on time, and the examines were very good and Dr. Brad answered all of our questions. He also gave us feedback about the sun affects on our eyes and preventive methods to keep our eyes health and well. more

Requested Survey 11/6/2011

The physician was wonderful however, it would have been nice when soliciting for appointments the clinic would advise me that they are no longer in network. I know and understand that I should be aware of my insurance changes. I feel it would have been good customer service to inform me of changes and made aware of their pricing. I will not return to this clinic for this reason. more

Fairly good experience. 11/4/2011

Although my glasses needed correction in only one lens, the technician proceeded with our discussion assuming I would want a new pair of glasses. I felt some pressure to buy a new pair as there was no information presented on buying only one lens and using my current frames. I did ask her the price of replacing only one lens, which she then provided. In this economy I think the customer should be given a more balanced presentation on what is needed or desirable (from the client's viewpoint). more

Always GREAT service! 11/1/2011

I cannot remember a time when I've gotten bad service at the Eye Care Center. I went in this past weekend on an emergency because something had gotten in my eye and caused it to swell. I was seen immediately. All of the staff are always so courteous, friendly and pleasant. That's why I travel all the way from St Louis Park to Maplewood for an eye doctor. There's nothing like Great customer service. I do wish there were more of a selection of eyeglass frames. more

Fast but accurate 10/28/2011

I came in for a scratch to the eye - I was able to make an appointment for an hour later and when I got there, I was called back within 5 minutes and only had to wait for the Dr. for 2 minutes. He figured out right away what the prognosis was and sent me off with a prescription and an eye-drops sample within 15 minutes! more

Great service & employees at The Eye Care Center 10/28/2011

I started getting my glasses at The Fridley Eye Care Center since they opened more than 20 years ago and have had great service from them. Carol at the Fridley location helps me find frames each year and all of the employees at both the Fridley and Maplewood locations are excellent. Dr. Tina McCarty is my favorite eye doctor. I always get great service and a friendly smile when I walk in the door for eyeglass adjustments. Everyone I know that goes there says that they love going there. The Eye Care Center always has the best selection of frames and they are always helpful if you need a frame in a different size or color or need your frames adjusted.
