Excellent Jiu Jitsu self defense classes for your kids in Miami No more bullying for your kids, thats foresure. Self defense for kids is so important these days and i think Jiu Jitsu is the way to go. Miami does have different Jiu Jitsu schools but Extreme MMA is the way to go! more

Extreme MMA is the Best place to train in Kendall 1/29/2012

This is an amazing spot for MMA and jiu jitsu in Kendall. The teachers bring a supportive and informational approach to its group classes. I would recommend to anybody that is seeking to get fit, or that would like to broaden its MMA and joy jiu jitsu skills more

best mma in miami 1/28/2012

Extreme mma is a great gym, Great instructors that are willing to help, and you learn discipline and respect for others. In only a few months I lost a total of 60 pounds. I recommend extreme for anyone wanting to get in shape and is looking for self assurance more
