Great business 12/30/2013

I've been going to Extra Space Place for a couple years now without any problems at all. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. The manager is always helpful and keeps the place spotless. I feel great going there because I know it'll be tidy. I have no trouble getting in and out. Extra Space Place is tremendously better than the last storage unit I used. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Very pleasant experience 12/30/2013

Bill is awesome. He is really friendly, responsive, and does a fantastic job looking after the place. It's very clean. Setting up the rental was easy. After looking at a few other places, I found that Extra Space Place offered the best price. Payments are super convenient. I've been going there for almost two years and they've been outstanding. more

Quality service 12/30/2013

I've been with Extra Space Place for almost a year and they've always taken good care of my things. They're very courteous and helpful. The place is as clean as can be and they send a friendly reminder if I miss my monthly payment. The prices are pretty fair compared to the places in the surrounding area. I'm feeling safe and good about my decision with using Extra Space Place. more

Best storage facility 12/30/2013

The folks at Extra Space Place are great. I'm very happy with them. Getting my storage unit for my needs was the smoothest process. The management is very nice and always greets me when I swing by. They pay attention to the people who come in so you know that your stuff is safe. They've also answered every question I've had. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a safe place to store their belongings. more

Accessible and nice enough. 12/9/2013

I stored at Extra Space Place for about a year or so. I didn't have any problems with the facility while I was there. There was only one lady in the office, but she was very nice. I also liked that the facility offered 24-hour access. more

Experience has been real good--they really worked with us 11/14/2013

The service at Extra Space is great. My biggest problem is that the last few months, we've had mice go all through our stuff and one of my mattresses got wet. Other than that, they've been good to us. No complaints. more

We use Extra Space Place's storage and find that they're very flexible. We have a seasonal chain of events where we sometimes need more space, sometimes less. They work with us. They find a way to make it available when we need it, even on short notice. The fact we can exit when we want is important, too. Extra Space Place is also a sponsor of some of our local events. They store our things for the events, and also help fund a not-for-profit organization here that helps a lot of folks in need. more

It was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Extra Space Place had comparable prices and a good special when I first moved in, which is why I chose them. I was there for 12 months with no problems at all. more

Overall experience was fine. 8/19/2013

Everything went fine; I didn't have any problems with Extra Space Place. They were friendly. I'm no longer storing there, but I utilized their facility for about a year. The only thing I can say is that I thought they were rather high for what you're getting. The largest space you can rent had a garage door on it, I think, but it's still high for what they're doing and the service they're providing. The customer service was fine. I did have problems with gate from time to time. It's just a storage place. I don't really look at them as providing a highly customer service type of thing. You're renting space; it's not really that big of a deal. From what I understand they're all high. It's not heated or cooled at these places. They're a place to put your junk. I moved out and sold everything I had in there anyway, so it was kind of pointless for me to rent this place. I should have just sold the stuff right away. more

Extra Space Place is right next to the housing addition where I live, so it's really convenient. The lady to whom I make payments is always really nice and willing to help. They're a little pricey, but not as bad as some other places. Cost would probably get a 4 out of 5 from me because of that. Other than that, it's always been a really good experience. more

Extra Space Place hasn't done anything that I would be unhappy with. They are easy to get a hold of, I get to pay over the phone, and this past 15 months with them has been easy! more

Great company leadership and organization 6/10/2013

Teresa from Extra Space Place has been great. I had no problems opening up two storage units with them, and she did everything for our company and my personal storage. It was very cheap and easy and when I moved to California, she was great with the transition from me to a colleague inspecting the units from time to time. more

Safe and easy to use 5/28/2013

I would definitely recommend Extra Space Place. They have been real easy to work with, even if I have been late. I can call and make payments over the phone which is convenient. I like that the pass-code and alarm code are used, keeping everything safe. It is a really nice and safe facility. more

One of the best places for storage. 4/5/2013

I've been a customer of Extra Space Place for two years. I never have problems with anybody over there. Sometimes I go at night or sometimes during the daytime to put my merchandise there. Nobody disturbs me. It is a very peaceful place over there at Extra Space Place. more
