I went expecting a great haircut. I did not get that. I don't think that these girls know how to communicate with their clients. They 'communicate' about all that's going on in Sullivan...but they don't communicate about what kind of style you would like. ||[]||[]Maybe I am spoiled from all the big city haircuts I've had. And the fact that your stylist is one of the most important people in your life. And they should have a full conversation with you about what your hair is like, how you style it, what product you use, how easy or difficult it is to maintain. What is so difficult to do here!?||[]||[]The girl, I was made to believe she was the owner? (I sure hope she wasn't because that could explain alot of the problem in a heartbeat) Anyway, she cut and styled my hair. The cut I expressed that I'd like to emulate, and I had a photo of...my hair looks nothing like. I am very disappointed.||[]||[]Come to find out, after leaving and not being satisfied with my hair, I began to hear multiple stories from others about how they had similar situations. A male friend of mine, likes his hair to be very edgy and "city" looking. Well, this salon is NOT the place to go. And he found out the hard way.
