My experience may be a rare one because I have friends who had good results here (which is why it got an "OK" instead of "Poor." When I went in initially, I felt like I was pulling teeth to get the information I needed to use their services. Finally, after I gave the girl the run-down of my past jobs (which she didn't write down or enter into a computer so I'm wondering what the point was anyway), she said I had to fill out an application either in their office or online. I filled out an application online when I got home because it was more convenient, then I got an email saying I had to come in for an interview. I didn't bother. The lack of information I was able to get when I was there in person, and the questions I was asked for no apparent reason turned me off.
