We were FORCED to use Express Heating & A/C due to our home warranty. It took them two days to call us back and set up an appointment. When we finally did get an appointment, they were to come between 10 & 1. It is now 3:00p and they haven't showed up nor have they called. I've called them several times and the nasty lady who answers the phone tells me their entire history of what is going on wi them....and I care b/c???? I'm a customer, I only want the end results, it is NOT my problem that you have over booked your technicians. Then the nasty lady, btw who never identified herself, states to me, ""well, there's a 30 min. window where they call you"". I ask her why in the heck she didn't tell me this when I had been calling her ALL DAY to find out where they were. She said, ""Oh well, sorry"". I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
